3/5 ⭐

This is a thriller that is told through multiple character perspectives. It takes place over two days: the wedding and the day before. The story starts with a mystery that alludes to death on the day of the wedding. We get five different perspectives of important players: the bride, the sister of the bride, the wedding planner, the plus one of the bride's man friend, and the best man. Most of it is leading up to the day of, but along the way we get to see that they may have secrets of their own. So, there is a lot of tension built in this story between the characters- which I enjoyed. I, pretty much, equally enjoyed the perspectives of all the characters. I think that the unraveling of the motives was done better for some than others. Only one "connection" made, I actually did not like. I thought that it was too convenient, whereas the other connections I could suspend the disbelief more. It was a fine, quick, whodunnit book. However, I found myself putting it down more often than I should. Some of the story felt like I was ready for something to happen. Other parts I was really enjoying it. All in all I think the lows weren't too low, but highs weren't very high.
